A premium mezcal created for high-end mixology. Handmade in small batches from carefully selected 10-12 year old agaves. Very soft in the mouth with sweet ripe fruits dominating the palate and a backbone of subtle and intermingled smoke and spice.
Original Village Series. Handcrafted in San Balthazar Chichicapa, Oaxaca, located in a broad valley with a semitropical microclimate. Agave: Espadin. Nose of sweet roasted agave & toasted corn, palate of dried fruit & sweet almond, finish of bitter chocolate & mint.

Made in Durango, Mexico from wild Cenizo Agave and undergoes a very traditional production process that includes natural spring water, rich minerals and an ancestral distillation process.
Dos Hombres Mezcal is made with agave Espadin in San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca. The agave used in this mezcal are cooked in underground pit ovens, milled by horse-drawn tahona, fermented for 7-10 days with mountain spring water, and double distilled in copper stills.

Amaras Espadin is made with agave Espadin. Bottles of this mezcal are made by several different producers, so check your bottle for details. Many bottles are produced by Armando Martinez, but they also work with producers in Mitla, San Carlos, and San Juan del Rio.

The Agaves used to make 400 CONEJOS can take between 8 & 15 years to reach optimum maturity. The Pinas are slow cooked for 3-5 days, milled by stone, then kept in a wood tub as they begin the fermentation process. Our mezcal Joven is double distilled then bottled to enjoy!
