The first impression of the luxurious "Yarden Rom" with a hint of its inspiring aroma points to richness. The "Yarden Rome" delicately and finely structured spoils the nose with characters of ripe red and black fruits. This wonderful bouquet, is accompanied by pleasant notes of dark chocolate, orange peel, dried flowers, anise, cocoa, smoke and earth. This opulent wine is full-bodied and shows concentrated scents and a very long, elegant finish.

Tabor Moscato Rose is a naturally sparkling delicious and fun aromatic wine with floral notes and summer fruit.

This wine is a blend of 60% cabernet Franc & 40% Syrah grapes. The wine is full-bodied with smooth tannins, has aroma and flavors of ripe plum, blackberry, fresh bell pepper and spices. The wine was aged in fine traditional French oak barrels for 18 months.

A unique blend of 3 noble white grape varietals – Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon – from Upper Galilee vineyards at 700m elevation, producing very high quality grapes. On arrival at the winery, whole clusters were gently pressed.

Grapes were manually and selectively harvested at dawn, from carefully selected plots on the northern slopes of the mountain, which enjoy an ideal climate for growing high-quality, noble grape varieties. Dedicated care and personal attention to the vines yielded perfect grape clusters, which underwent meticulous sorting upon reaching the adjacent winery and controlled, supervised fermentation. This precision let to superb extraction, which was aged in fine French oak barrels.
