The fun starts with Papi Merlot, a fruity wine with a sweeter taste. It is a red wine with a deep crimson color and magenta tones. This wine smells of plum, blackberry and chocolate aromas. A taste of dark berries, chocolate and soft tannins make for a sweet finish on the palate.

An organically farmed blend of Torrontes, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay from a father/daughter project in Los Chacayes, Uco Valley in Mendoza. Bright, floral, and a touch herbal. Alejandro and Celina make wines fermented with native yeast and a low addition of sulfur added just before bottling; their style is making light, bright, clean and vibrant wines!
Of a very elegant pale yellow this Albariño has a fresh and vibrant nose that reminds us of tropical fruit with subtle citrus and floral notes. In the mouth, we find a round and fresh body with a saline and mineral combination that provide a marked notion of terroir.
Yellow color with golden highlights. Toasted French oak, white fruit, pineapple, and lightly toasted almond aromas throughout. Papi Chardonnay has prevalent acidity, yet is quite creamy on the palette, making this wine tremendously refreshing and well balanced. This wine pairs best with grilled white meats, seafood dishes, and green salads. Alcohol: 12% alc.
Deep color, with a brilliant purple rim. An intense nose, with a fine, floral perfume alongside the ripe red fruit. There are hints of undergrowth, graphite and smoked walnut too. The palate is rich and mouth filling, with smooth tannins that support the wine well. On the finish, alongside the floral and fruit flavors, mineral complexity lingers.
Cherry-red in color, with aromas of black fruit such as blackberries and plums, smooth ailky tannins on the palate. Serve at 16°-18°C (61°-64°F)
