Barbados rum aged one to three years and Jamaican pot still rum aged 10 to 15 years are blended and aged for another three to six months in the southwest of France. The result is a profound structure spiced with notes of cinnamon and clove, and a smoky quality that adds texture. Ideal for cocktails.

This rum was carefully crafted in Nago City, Okinawa by distilling local molasses in a column still, after a long fermentation which takes between ten and twenty days. This white rum is an aromatic explosion. It reveals exotic, smoky and spicy notes.

Bocatheva 12 yo is matured for 12 years in American white oak barrels previously used for bourbon. Distillation is performed in a pot still. This molasses rum, matured in Barbados, benefits from the tropical climate that sped up its ageing process. The sugar cane is locally grown.
