Each step of our small batch process involves more human interaction, from hand selecting casks of grain and malt whiskey, blending each batch to taste, and finishing in only the highest quality Central American rum casks, imparting a distinct full-flavored character.

Heralding the 37th edition of our world renowned vintage release, Brian Nation - in his final days as Master Distiller, continued the long-standing tradition of hand-selecting whiskeys reserved for this coveted annual expression from Midleton Distillery’s supreme inventory for the last time.

The delicate distillation process, along with the moist and temperate Irish climate, and the special aging in sherry cask has yielded its distinctive flavor.

This 9 year old whiskey celebrates 135 years of bonding whiskey. Fully matured in a mix of Bourbon, Sherry, Bordeaux and Port Casks. Nose of berries and apples intertwined with wood and vanilla. Tate of rich pot still spices, vibrant fruits and Oak. Rich lasting finish.

This single pot still Irish whiskey from Teeling is made with a combination of malted and un-malted barley, creating a creamy texture alongside a sweet, fruity character. Aromas of vanilla, stewed apples, cinnamon, apricot yoghurt and banana milkshake fill the nose, alongside rich sherry aromas. The palate offers notes of toasted barley, salted caramel, dark fruit, winter spice and rich nuts, with hint of red apples and milk chocolate.

Quality aged whiskey comparable to the very best of the Highlands, but triple distilled and finished in four casks. It boasts a rich, balanced and vibrant flavor enjoyable to single malt enthusiasts. This whisky was recently scored 92/100 in the 2020 Ultimate Spirits Challenge

Rich and oaky aromas with deep malty notes, caramelized fruit and woody spice leading to velvety smooth and mellow vanilla oak notes with cinnamon, baked apple, toasted marshmallows and a biscuit sweetness. Finishes rich and warming with a lingering malty sweetness. Enjoy!

Single Pot Still, non-chill filtered. Powerful orange blossom and thyme aromas with cedar and cherry notes. In the mouth, brown sugar, baked apricots, orange & vanilla. The finish blossom perfume and vanilla.
