Made from Monastrell (aka Mourvèdre), an indigenous Spanish grape grown for centuries in the southern region of Jumilla, Honoro Vera Organic is the young organic red wine produced by the Juan Gil winery. The winery possesses 120 hectares of vineyards that grow in sandy, stony and limestone soils with extremely low levels of organic matter at an altitude over 700 metres above sea level. Despite its proximity to the Mediterranean sea, climate is Continental, with very little rainfall.
