Baron Herzog Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon Mevushal 2021
Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon is a very approachable wine produced using grapes grown in California's Central Coast region. Each lot of wine was aged separately and all lots were blended before bottling. Displays berry aromas and impressive blackberry and spice flavors. Enjoy with herb-rubbed rotisserie chicken, barbecued steaks, or hard cheese.
For six generations, the Herzog family produced award-winning, quality wines in their native Czechoslavakia. Since moving to the United States in 1948, that tradition has continued under the seventh and eighth generations, with a commitment to excellence undiminished by time. The winery is named after Philip Herzog who, in his position as exclusive supplier of wines to the Emperor Franz Joseph, was awarded the title of Baron in the late 1800s. Reflecting their desire to improve the environment, Herzog Wines are produced utilizing sustainable winegrowing polices and practices directed toward improving their wines and their environment.
